Those markets usually take place in the center of the village from 8 AM to 1 PM.

During the summer there are also many farmer's markets that take place in the evening from 5 or 6 PM to 8 PM.
The most famous is the one of Velleron opens everyday except on sunday and bank holidays from April to October, starts at 6 PM.
In Pernes les Fontaines every Wednesday evening from 6PM Place Frédéric Mistral.
